What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise Carreirón Park for its exceptional tranquility and natural beauty, highlighting the numerous secluded beaches and peaceful pine forest trails. While some note the beaches aren't the absolute best quality, the overall serene atmosphere and opportunity to disconnect are major draws. The advice to visit during high tide is frequently mentioned for the optimal beach experience.
"Parque Natural de Carreión is a super peaceful spot if you’re looking to disconnect for a day. On one side you’ve got a beautiful stretch of beaches, and on the other, forest trails with several walking routes to choose from. Some of the beaches are more family-oriented, while others are a bit more relaxed where going topless is totally fine. There’s a small bar/chiringuito near the entrance which is handy for a drink or snack. You can also rent kayaks, bikes, snorkeling gear and other sea activity stuff, but it’s best to call ahead to book. What really stands out is how quiet it is—no motorway noise, just the sound of the sea and the trees. Great place to spend a slow day surrounded by nature."

"Nice natural park, where you can walk by the beach, swim (there are no waves) or just only relax on the sandy beach.
Recommended to visit during high tide. When the tide is low, there are many seaweeds on the bach (its problem to get to the sea and it doesnt smell very well)."

"Nice walking trails. The beach is good enough for walking and relaxing but not the best quality beach. Recommend to visit during the high tide (after lunch or later afternoon). The photo was taken in the morning."
