"Truly a sacred space. A must-stay on the camino central. It gets cold at night (in September)… be prepared for that (I was not!). I especially recommend the top floor. Sit there while the sun sets in meditation & stretch in the meditation room. I loved the black cat with the crazy meow as well. What a lovely start as the first night of my camino.
The breakfast was excellent, along with the volunteers who work there! Thank you!

"We happened upon this impressive monastery as we were wandering around the area near our rental. Wow. Ancient, beautifully preserved, and very peaceful. Lovely little village, too, with a couple of restaurants. Definitely worth a visit if you are near Cambados."
