The counter staff is very quick, sometimes with up to five employees, to accommodate the twenty or so people waiting there.
Let's not be so self-centered; there are other ways to get an appointment.

"The thing about Doctor Cardenal Murillo is to make you look at it. Every time I come they serve me more than two hours late. Patients come in about an hour later than their appointment time, but we still have to wait hours here. It is a SHAME that this Doctor has been like this for years and remains the same after so much time!!!!!"

"They're disgraceful, from the custodial staff at the administrative desks to the rest of the staff, not the medical staff.

Waiting for more than 40 minutes for a sample bottle to be given to me in the lab, and the lab staff supposedly came back right away, saying they were in the warehouse. They just said they were at their workstations, and the rest of us didn't know where they were.
Shameful. All this during their lab hours:
9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
I understand that they, by working the bare minimum, can't understand why the rest of us, if we don't work, don't get paid. Self-employed"
