Reviews Summary

Visitors find the guided tours at the CAYAC Visitor Center to be informative and engaging, with guides praised for their pleasant explanations. The opportunity to see active paleontological work is a significant draw. However, some visitors expected to see more and noted the visitor center's exhibition was uninteresting.

"Facilitating. An informative guide takes you on the tour. Think it's worth paying for a smaller group tour (private) to get closer and a more in-depth experience. Would visit again."

Carl Ayres

"This is the research center for the excavation sites. After collecting the tickets from the first building, they brought us to the excavation site in a bus and it was an hour long guided tour of the sites, explaining some of the human and animal remains that are being discovered and how they are interpreted. After the trip we drove by ourselves to the CAREX center."

Sandip Niyogi

"The guide who accompanied us, Elvira, made the visit very pleasant despite the rain, the explanations were very pleasant and interesting, if it rains, be very well prepared because your feet will get more wet than your head. You take a short bus ride that takes you to the area to visit. They show you three parts where paleontology work is carried out, for my taste it is an interesting visit although I expected to see more things. A very positive thing is that with the same ticket you can visit the Burgos museum, thank you."
