Reviews Summary

Cala Barca is often praised as a beautiful, quiet cove with a sandy beach perfect for lounging and excellent snorkeling opportunities. However, some visitors note rocky water entry, potential for seaweed, and occasional issues with cleanliness due to debris. Access can also be a challenge for those relying solely on public transport.

"A hidden gem. Nice sandy beach but if you get in the water it gets quite rocky, so I would recommend bringing water shoes. It is also a good place to snorkel as there is plenty of fish. Other good things are that there is hardly any people and that there are trees for if you want to be in the shade. Not the easiest place to get with bus but definitely doable"

Erik G

"Small beach, stones to enter. Perfect for snorkeling. Not too crowded."

Thomas Mayring

"The beach was full of tourists drinking with loud music and the sea water was so dirty full of cigarretes, tampons and cans.
It is not worth it at all, plus it's 1,5h walking until you arrive."
