"Beautiful town, without a doubt if you are nearby or plan to go, don't hesitate. The streets, the people, the shops. Everything is beautiful. We went as a family and we loved it, there is not a single but. Taking a walk near the river having those views and the tranquility is amazing. And when night falls the lighting in many of the houses makes it more beautiful. It was definitely worth the visit!"

"A historic town in Burgos worth seeing. All the houses are very, very pretty, and it's in a beautiful setting on the banks of the Arlanza River.
Covarrubias is built around the story of Fernán Gómez and his wife Sancha. There are several QR codes throughout the town that explain the stories that took place in more detail.
Small but highly recommended if you're passing through the area. Nearby you can see the Arlanza Monastery, Santo Domingo de Silos, and the Sad Hill Cemetery.
