"Wow and wow, right by the beach looking over at tangier. Amazing Roman town. The excavation has been going on a while, so it has loads to show you. Explaining what the buildings were used for and our 1st amphitheatre in great condition. Has some amazing roman road to walk on and the drains are noticeable (if you are a drainage wierdo like myself, its fascinating so much infrastructure was lost and we all went back to primitive mud huts!) Fascinating. Well presented. We were out of season, so the museum wasn't open, but still worth the visit.
Great staff, they were patient on our leaving (they were wishing to close for the day, it was gone 6pm off season.)
As said right near the beach, so could have a walk along there after if wished.

"Where history meets the sea and dunes 😍 Surreal surroundings with an amazing historical site. Absolutely unreal spot. If you are a member of the EU the entrance should be for free. We’ve arrived during the end of November it was still relatively warm and definitely less or basically no crowd. You can also take a walk at the beach and see nearby horses and cows"
