What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors rave about the stunning natural beauty of La Rabia Estuary and Oyambre beach, particularly the unique exposed plant remains at low tide and the breathtaking sunsets. The easy coastal trail is a highlight, though the lack of shade and rapidly rising tides require careful planning. It's a highly recommended spot for its scenic value and peaceful atmosphere.
"Enjoyed a beautiful sunset in Oyambre."
Patrice Kerremans
"The entire route from Comillas is an easy-to-follow trail. It's well-organized and many people walk it without any problems. There are few shaded areas along the route, but the views are excellent. In low light, you can see woody plant remains in the area, reminiscent of the Río Tinto area. The beaches are very wide, and at high tide, there's little beach available. Dogs are allowed in the area."
EUGENIO MORALES
"Very nice beach and river mouth into the sea. At low tide the water in the river runs largely away, high tide is better"
