"I'm from Barcelona and have been a member of the brotherhood for between 10 and 15 years. I used to go every year on a multi-day tour and take advantage of the opportunity to visit the winery with Marta, a great professional, and then stay for dinner. The cook they've had for many years, a great person and no less professional, no longer works for them, according to what I've been told. I have no proof, but I also have no doubts as to why he no longer works for them.
This past summer, I haven't been back. It was the summer before when, after the wonderful visit with Marta as always, upon entering the dining room, we noticed the usual cook was gone, and in his place was a team made up of several young people who were willing, but inexperienced and unable to properly serve the entire dining room. The lamb ribs they serve every year, which I must say are of quality, were ruined by cooking them raw on one side and charcoal on the other.
He who wants everything loses everything.
A big hug, Marta, from Montse and me, and also for the chef if you have the pleasure of continuing to work with him."
