What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors often praise the cemetery's well-maintained grounds and the exceptional kindness of staff like Teresa. The vibrant murals at San Nicolás are a significant draw, offering a unique artistic experience. However, some find parking and accessibility challenging, particularly in muddy conditions, and suggest greater respect for the solemnity of the site.
"My words go out to Teresa, the cemetery office employee. She couldn't be more kind and charming. Ready to help you in any way she can, and more. It's truly a pleasure to deal with people like this in difficult times. A 10 for Teresa."
Isabel Gonzalez
"Cemeteries are places of mourning and contemplation, but also of peace and meditation. I like to visit those who were part of my life, those who couldn't continue their lives because a cursed war, like all wars, ended their future, and those whom no one remembers anymore."
Griselda C. V.
"Going to the cemetery is always a shame, but it's even more of a shame having to park in a mud pit with people who can't walk, who are dependent, and who have multiple conditions that prevent them from getting around. We know we're snobs and that we want to squeeze in everywhere, but it just so happens that not all drivers have that disabled person's card, and disabled people can travel in any vehicle, so it doesn't matter how much you ask, you just go to the mud pit and from there you take your mother, father, or whoever under one arm with the flowers hanging from the cushions. I just want to send my most sincere thanks to the entire organization of these events that "ALL" of us love so much. And I hope that, thanks to the positions you have in these organizations, you won't have any problems parking wherever you want on these special days. Thank you, with my hand on my heart."
