What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
La Casa Encendida is widely praised as a vibrant cultural hub offering free access to thought-provoking contemporary art exhibitions. Visitors love its dynamic programming, the lively rooftop terrace with city views, and its role as a community space. Some find the art challenging, and occasional overcrowding on the terrace can detract from the experience.
"#LaCasaEncendida = #theHouseLit
It is lit indeed 🔥 by the culture,
passion, hospitality, art, philosophy,
in the exhibition, library, cafeteria,
where you can take part in a city.
I visited in September 10th 2023, it had impressed me, the exhibition of Picasso’s untitled works “SIN TÍTULO” was really worth it, the way they presented the work itself was very creative, but it might had just over and be replaced by another exhibition. Today I was going to visit the library, but unfortunately it is CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS until JANUARY 31TH. Looking forward to the reopening."

"Very modern and conceptual art. Free to visit in the exhibits and the terrace. If you have time then come visit especially if you are planning to go to areas around there like the park."

"Most reputed language & cultural center, I listened to one of my friends, who has taken a course from this. I went there and contacted with reception and sat on a language admission level test, but the authority didn't select me. I was frustrated. But still I want to take administration from there because I heard from my friend that inside there is a good Library, so I want to take a chance to study there and get liberty access. Hopefully I will get, otherwise I will miss the library access.
If anyone knows, without a student card will I get the library access?"
