Reviews Summary
Mercado de Correos is widely praised for its stunning architecture and the incredible variety of high-quality international food options available. While the atmosphere can be lively and sometimes noisy, and service attention to detail can vary, most visitors find it to be an economical and enjoyable dining experience. It's a top recommendation for those seeking diverse flavors in a unique setting.
"Mercado de Correos is one of my favourite places to eat in Murcia. Their theme is very creative, with twelve unique kitchens, each catering to different types of cuisine. Kitchen choices include the butchers shop, fish market, Japanese, burger joint, Italian, charcuterie, Chinese, Murcian etc. As such, there is a huge range of choices, but thankfully, the extensive menu is easy to navigate. The menu is organised by kitchen type, and you can add what you like to the notes (online feature).
We ordered several dishes and were delighted with each. Very high quality, large portions, and quick service.
The seating was very comfortable, and the tables were well spaced. The restaurant is beautifully laid out with artistic ceiling pieces.
The staff are friendly and provide a very prompt service. They were very considerate and were mindful of ensuring our food arrived in the right order.
We've visited Correos four times over two years, and they've been consistently great."

"Beautiful market styled restaurant with a variety of food options to choose from. Service was a bit slow, attention to detail is not top of the waiters list, and getting a waiter's attention is somewhat difficult due to the ambient noise combined with the music oozing from the club behind. Food was delicious though some was served nearly cold. In short, good experience, not great, very economical, and will definitely recommend."
