What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
CaixaForum Palma is highly praised for its stunning Modernist architecture and diverse, engaging exhibitions. Visitors appreciate the building's unique design and the quality of the art on display. It's also noted as a great indoor option for rainy days and a place with a pleasant cafe.
"I have walked past the Caixa Forum and admired this beautiful historic building so many times and did not realize it was not only a part of Palma’s history, but a restaurant AND a museum. Better yet, if you have a card with La Caixa, you and a few of your friends can get in for free.
On this particular day, there was a Zuloaga & Anglada Camarasa Special Exhibit in which it compared the art from these Spanish artists (also friends) in the early 1930’s . (If it’s still on show, I highly recommend it)
Additionally, there is a permanent exhibit on the history of comics as it relates to Spain and its development. I recommend lunch at the Caixa Forum restaurant and then a nice walk around this beautiful museum."
