"Accompanied my cousin, who lives in Mallorca, to the market. It was a feast for the senses! Vegetables, fruits, treasures from the sea, meats, wines, sweets, nuts, berries, flowers, potted plants, then the textiles, clothing, and jewelry. The foods we brought back to her house were fresh and delicious and I picked up a few textiles to take home with me at the and of my stay. It was wonderful!"

"It says it's the oldest market hall at Palma but still charming and everything works well. Yes indeed you have sometimes the feeling it might need a modern touch but for the locals who go shopping there it would be tough and the tourist do not go there. I like this old style and the locals love this place you can see them there eating, drinking talking and meet each other for a small talk for shopping and for all the social communication all together."
