What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Playa Bastián is praised for its calm, family-friendly waters and peaceful atmosphere, making it ideal for swimming and snorkeling. While some find it a bit sleepy with limited high-quality bars, the convenience of amenities, affordable dining, and beautiful ocean views are consistently highlighted as major positives.
"This it's is the biggest "playa" from this part of the island! You have here a lot of sund and a lot of beautiful views to ocean!"
Marius Nania
"I spend one week on the Playa Bastian beach 🏝 in December 2019. It’s calm, definitely not crowded. Mostly English and German seniors and families with children. The access to the sea has quite lot of stones but there is also some sand. Under water life is interesting, so snorkelling is fun. There is toilet and showers outside. Strongly recommended but weather is definitely more warm and sunny in Puerto del Carmen. Lot of good bars around and prices are definitely cheaper than in bigger cities. Not far around Spar shop. Recommended 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟"

"Some lovely apartments here but a bit sleepy with very few quality bars or restaurants"
