"We had a swim up room which was excellent. We had all the facilities we needed the rooms are fully equipped and the hotel is really clean. The way the room was positioned near the main pool was perfect as well. All the staff were really helpful and brilliant and the reception staff were super helpful.
This may be the most relaxing holiday we have ever had and we can't wait to return.
The hotel is in a great position for accessing the beach, there are no shops or restaurants in easy walking distance other than a beach bar.
It is worth a trip to rota it's really lively with plenty of bars and restaurants"

"Clean, great service, nice pool (needs a heater), location is great and they have a parking garage. The staff is amazing. I am thankful to all of them. Our condo was the perfect size, fully functional kitchen, and great furniture with a good size balcony. So, why only 4 stars? They lack pest control. Often had issues with ants and roaches. It's important that they spray and fumigate. Also, no food services. If the hotel had food services, a pool heater, and pests under control, I would give it 5 stars, easy. Ultimately, I enjoyed my stay and have already recommended it to multiple friends and family members who are coming to visit. I will continue to do so."

"We have just retuned home from punta candor and it is a beautiful hotel. Amazing location and great for a family holiday.
The only down size was we booked through jet 2 as a large family and told we had rooms next to each other. We however did not and were actually at completely opposite ends. We had an early flight but couldn’t check in until 3 something Jet2 should have said on arrival as was difficult with 4 young children. We also had to pay £500 deposit which we still have not received back although it said between 24/48 hours and we returned on Tuesday and I can’t seem to contact anyone regarding this?
Overall I will still highly recommend the hotel, it’s nice and modern. Out of the way from lively life so perfect for a quiet holiday!"
