What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Cap Salou is praised for its natural beauty, particularly its secluded coves and the scenic coastal path, offering a tranquil escape. While some find dining options limited, the area is appreciated for its peaceful atmosphere and family-friendly hotels. It's a great base for exploring the quieter side of the Costa Dorada.
"My daughter had to go here on a Sunday (15/6) because of a really bad tooth infection. She was seen for less than ten minutes and the ‘doctor’ said it was just a gum inflammation and to take ibuprofen. The next morning it was worse and she saw a dentist urgently. The dentist was horrified that it had not been diagnosed properly as it is an easy diagnostic for a doctor. She has now been on antibiotics for a week and everything is fine, but without she could have lost her tooth. I can see why so many bad reviews of this place (we didn’t check before unfortunately because it was urgent and a Sunday). All this exceedingly poor service and professionalism for the princely sum of 125€. Shameful and if you do have an urgency is Salou then try to avoid."
