"I have just left your shop after purchasing a skirt and I can honestly say that I have never been treated so badly. I was followed around the shop by several members of staff and made to feel like I couldn’t be left alone to shop or I would steal something. We were originally in the shop to purchase something for my mother whose birthday it is today. We are having a party when we get home from our holiday and mum wanted something unusual to wear. In the end my mum gave up because of the way we were treated. We are a normal family and would never dream of stealing anything and had full intentions of spending quite a lot of money in your shop but the way you treated us was outrageous. I went into the changing room to try a skirt in and a member of staff was instructed by another member of staff to wait outside the changing room. The member of staff literally stood outside my changing room next to my mum and was looking into the room. When I handed the skirt to my mum to put back on the hanger, the staff member snatched it off my mum and proceeded to put it on the hanger herself. I am shocked at how we were made to feel in that shop and I will be writing an email to complain about lack of customer service and terrible attitude of the staff in your shop."
