"I was at the Santander Planetarium this summer in August with my wife and the girl who gave us the tour, a red-haired woman. You could see she loved her job, she was well-versed in the subject, and what she told us about the machine was very interesting. I went back now in September with my children and grandchildren and I was tremendously disappointed because the woman who gave us the tour was a different woman, a young blonde woman. The visit lasted about 30 minutes. She didn't say anything about the machine. It seemed as if she didn't feel like working or didn't have much control over the subject. She said less than the redhead, and it's best not to mention her clothing. You have to keep up an appearance in front of the public... I'm giving it 3 stars because it seems that depending on who gives the talk, the experience changes."

"The planetarium staff are very nice. The explanations are very entertaining and fun; if they see several children there, they adapt the explanations so they understand. The show lasts about 45 minutes and it's a wonderful place. You can't hear any noise from outside, and access is easy since one of the staff is at the entrance waiting for you. I've been there twice with my children and nephews and have been lucky enough to meet the two girls, María and Laura.
The way they do it is wonderful, and regarding the comments I've read about their attire, it's a uniform they wear so they can be distinguished.
A 10/10 experience, highly recommended, affordable, and excellent."

"I went to the Planetarium with my partner, my son, and two of my son's friends. The blonde girl was fantastic; it was very entertaining and engaging. The kids were delighted. We were amazed by the machine in the center, the quality of the night sky for something from the 1980s... amazing. We've been to other digital planetariums, but we were amazed by how well it moved and how skillfully the girl handled it. I give it a 10, highly recommended."
