"Average train station with friendly helpful staff. Second and third class tickets only but super cheap.hikkaduwa to unawatuna second class 150 LKR. Good amount of seats but directly in the sun. Toilets were available and staff was seen cleaning the station. There was a good amount of trash in the tracks though. Train was available to unawatuna at 9am,430pm and 830pm. Train I took was 9am and only 10 mins behind schedule. Not to bad but no ac on the train and fans didn’t work. Only 45 mins to unawatuna"
