Make sure to set aside a half day if you want to go through the castle & mummy exhibition the same day. Comfortable shoes, you will be stepping stones for hours. The park outside the castle is very nice to relax in. You can find rare trees and flowers planted there, each with a little sign of name and year it was planted. Some are very old."

Perhaps if you want the 'included' guided tour or you have small kids to take on the challenges, or you really want to see a random Egyptian exhibition it might be worth the money, but if you want a self guided tour and learn about the history of the castle yourself it's not worth the fee. Recommendation - charge a more reasonable base entrance fee then people extra if they want a guided tour or to enter the Egyptian exhibition."
