"Great city views from the hill the castle is built on. Our walking tour guide recommended taking the walking path up in lieu of the stairs - she said they can be quite narrow and not room to stop. The walking path can be quite steep (>10% grade) but there are maps at the entrances which show how to avoid the steepest parts. I liked the cannons at the top! Hard to imagine how they got brought up in the days before motors!"
