"Went on a day trip with Elfkungen on July 16, 2025. Big disappointment. The boat is not suitable for people who are wheelchair-bound or have difficulty with stairs. We also wanted gluten-free food but there was none. You were not allowed to bring your own food, which could have been an alternative. Poor guidance or none at all since there were no speakers on the lower deck. The city of Trollhättan should demand improvement. Otherwise, put the boat down."

"Anyone who enjoys cruising through a lock on a beautiful ship won't go wrong here. The ship is comfortably furnished and the staff is very friendly. However, announcements are only made in Swedish.
I found the scenery we passed through only moderately interesting. And going through a lock just for the sake of going through it, only to turn around immediately afterwards – I think that's silly."
