Reviews Summary

Visitors praise The Glass Factory Boda for its fascinating live glassblowing demonstrations and impressive art glass collection. The skilled artisans and the opportunity to see art being created are consistently highlighted as major draws. However, some find the on-site café's food options limited and have experienced disappointment with the availability of certain activities like engraving sessions.

"Boda is one of the bigger glass factories and doesn't have that old-world feel to it. Interesting to see art objects being hand-made. Large exhibition across several rooms."

Alan Goodwin

"The glass blowing was really fascinating to watch, and the museum exhibits were well curated. The staff were friendly. But the café did not have much food, so we had to drive about 10 minutes down the road to get lunch. Then when we came back to do the engraving, it was closed, though they had told us it would still be open when we returned. They said it would re-open about 30 minutes later, but by that point it was far too late for us to stay. That was quite disappointing. Otherwise, it was an enjoyable experience."

Deirdre Madden

"For anyone who likes seeing art being created, this is THE place to come. The skilled craftspeople blowing and creating the beautiful art glass that is the essence of this part of Sweden that is called "the Glass Kingdom" is mesmerizing. Go see it in person!"
