Tickets could be purchased at the entrance with minimal waiting time (1-5 minutes). They keep temperature low inside to preserve wooden structures of the ship. So, bring something warm with you to wear as an extra layer."

"Thoroughly enjoyed this experience. We were there when the doors opened which allowed for some excellent photos before the crowds. It does get busy quickly. There are a lot of great museums to choose from in the museum district but I'm glad we chose this one.
We took 2hrs to see everything and self guided with the audio tour which is available on your phone. Bring ear buds along if you plan to use this."
