"The entry now takes contactless credit cards. But what you really should know is that you don't need a car to get here. At the top of the funicular there is a self-serve electric bicycle concession. You can rent a bike and ride through the beautiful countryside to get to the tower. This surprise activity was the highlight of our trip to Vevey. Oh, and the ride to the top of the tower is worth it as long as there is good visibility."
