"The least flexible hut on our hike of the Via Alpina. Absolutely no empathy or understanding for the fact that one of their entrance routes is closed and the blue alpine route isnt safe every day. We were able to call and let them know on the morning of our reservation that due to the weather it wasn't safe to ascend via the alpine route. She replied indifferent and with a complete lack of empathy that we should plan better and have now received a no-show fee on the credit card.
We cancelled SAC huts before for various reasons and were always met with grace and understanding, except here.
