What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Bains de Saillon offers a beautiful location with pleasant thermal pools and a family-friendly atmosphere, though some hotel rooms and the pool bar food could use updates. While the main baths and formal restaurant are excellent, the pricing can feel high for the overall experience, especially during peak times.
"Nice Location of the Hotel with a great view on the mountains. Although some of the Hotel employees could be a bit more friendlier! The food in the restaurant was okay, the meat was well cooked and tender. The Hotelroom looked like it could use some renovations…! Overall, it was fine, though there’s room for improvement."

"It was maybe a 4 star hotel in the 90s, however it's a rip-off to charge that much for a room that has not been renovated for 20 years. Uncomfortable mattress, damaged furniture, this place cries for refreshement but you still get charged premium price.
That being said the pools are nice, warm and spacious. The sauna and steam bath on the other hand are small and overcrowded.
The food at breakfast and Saturday dinner buffet was nice, good quality and tasty."

"Very good hotel. We were on vacation in switzerland for the women's euro 2025 and this was the hotel for the last night of the trip. The reason for only four stars for the location is that we didn't have a good connection from the stadium to the hotel after the game. Otherwise the location is great: nice view, quiet surroundings, sufficient parking space.
Breakfast was very good.
The pools were super to cool down after a long ride in warm weather"
