"The Train Station Building is at the end of İnönü Boulevard, which is known as Istasyon Street in the southwest of the city, in the center of Sivas.
According to the information obtained from TCDD Regional Directorate; It is stated that with the arrival of the train line in Sivas in 1930, its construction was started and completed in 1934.
It is one of the rare examples of Early Republican Period architecture in Sivas. The Rectangular Plan Gar Building built with cut stone; It has three floors: basement, ground floor and first floor. From the two main entrance gates in the north and south, the entrance hall, which is higher than the side spaces in the middle part, is reached. There are rectangular door-top windows on these doors.
The upper floor is used as a lodging and the top of the building was later covered with hair.
