"Wonderful place - the exhibit of 葉子奇 is very nice. An excellent guided tour!"
Chun-Ho Kuo
"I went mainly for the building and not the art. I think the museum is relatively small and not worth the trip if you’re looking for good art (not to say the exhibition wasn’t good). 3-4 stars at best.
The building is on the other hand is pretty. Not the biggest or smallest or most emotional Ando building I’ve been to but it employs many of the techniques and details found in other buildings.i think some of the more subtle moments can easily be missed (ie, chamfered brace corners, tapered stair treads, triangular benches). Look for them in the more quiet moments of the building."
George “Geological” Lin
"The long trip out to see this museum was well worth it,if only to see how Ando used the triangle to organized the form and the spaces of the museum! The precision of the concrete walls and the overall quality of the building is overwhelming!"
