Reviews Summary

Guests frequently praise Banqiao's exceptional convenience due to its major transit hub status and proximity to shopping and dining. The spaciousness of hotel rooms is a recurring positive point. However, some visitors have noted inconsistent service quality among hotel staff, with a few experiencing less-than-welcoming interactions.

"As a diamond member and first time visiting Taiwan, I thought I went the to the wrong country.

Stayed 7 nights. Out of 10 staffs that I met, only 2-3 will smile and acknowledge your presence. Usually housekeeping and staff who clear my tables at main dining area are the pleasant ones.

No pre arrival email. The first point of contact with concierge was: leave your luggage here with a stern face as thought I have done something wrong.

Reception: NOBODY welcome me. I asked a lady with short hair I need to do check in. Can I go lounge to check in as a diamond member. She replied with an irritated face as thought I have interrupted her work: check in there. Posting to a guy next to her. No smiles.

Lounge also. First time nobody ask me what drinks I would like to have in HH hotels. I have to take my own coffee.

I thought this is Taiwan benchmark of service. Until I went out to different places then realise this is unique Taipei Hilton issue.

Check out also unpleasant. I think an AI robot will make the process more pleasant.

Only comfort is the few familiar HH hardwares.

I seriously think is top down management issue. Staffs are unhappy n taking it out on customers.

I think this review nobody in this property will bother from the way they behaved over the last 7 nights I was there. They are full regardless of good or bad service."

"Stayed at least 3-5 times in this great hotel per year for my family trips to Taipei since 2018. Great location that only less than 5 mins by walk to nearby bus, subway and train stations. Walking distance to many department stores, restaurants and night market. Staff are very polite and helpful. Upgraded to the suit room often when I checked in. I enjoyed very much of the swimming pool on top floor with great view from the pool side for city and mountain in the dar distance. Executive Lunge has great food and service during the happy hours. Not big enough but feel warm and relax. The only small issue I had during visits was that the breakfast services were not as good as before. Last visit was on May, 2025 at 7:30AM. It was very crowded but the service staff were all fast enough to clean tables and hosted for available tables. I was not happy with the kitchen staff that served food just like a machine. Ordered and served and turned around quickly to continue the kitchen prep without asking if I needed anything more. I will continue to stay in this hotel for my future Taipei trips."

Monty Chiu

"Beautiful and luxurious hotel with an excellent level of service. Staff are very attentive — you can always get water or anything else you need. The pool area can get busy, but there are still a few quiet spots to relax. Breakfast is large, varied, and great even for a longer stay. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant experience — we’d definitely come back"
