What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Ban Tha Chang Spring is praised for its beautiful, crystal-clear blue waters and natural, shaded environment, offering a peaceful escape. While free to enter, visitors note the need to bring their own seating and that facilities are basic. Some reviews mention the water can be murky in the rainy season, and it's more of a local spot than a major tourist attraction.
"The water is crystal clear with a beautiful blue color. There’s no entrance fee — only a parking fee 20 baht. You can swim here, with both deep and shallow zones available for children. There are no chairs provided, so it’s recommended to bring your own mat to sit on. It’s not hot since the area is shaded by trees. For those who don’t want to swim, kayaking is also available in another zone for an additional cost."

"Natural place, we can do many water activity such as kayaking. Location were accessible near by the road, and also the price is affordable for tourist. If you get wet, there also some store that sell clothes."

"The main photos here can be a bit misleading , the water in the spring was brown during our visit (not sure if it was dirty or just natural sediment). It’s more like a calm, shallow river than a spring. That said, it’s a great spot for families to swim and kayaking to relax and enjoy the outdoors. This isn’t really a tourist attraction, but more of a local recreational area. Entry is free, and there are no parking fees, which is a nice bonus."
