What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors rave about the Bamboo Bridge's serene beauty and unique charm, especially during the quieter morning and late afternoon hours. The scenic walk through rice paddies and the affordable entrance fee are major draws, though some note the challenging road access. The nearby cafes offer pleasant spots to relax with great views and friendly cats.
"Amazing valley filled with rice fields that stretch to the edges of the rain forest. The rice fields are beautifully carved into the landscape and make it seem as if the fields are a natural continuation of the rain forest. There are some aspects that are a bit touristy but overall the place looks like it was taken from an 18th century village. I would highly recommend it as one of the must see if you are in the Pai region."

"Beautiful and peaceful spot near Pai!
The view here is absolutely stunning. The bamboo bridge stretches for about one kilometer across the rice fields, offering many great photo opportunities along the way. At the end of the walk, you’ll find a lovely temple, and there are a few shaded spots where you can stop to relax.
I recommend visiting in the morning or late afternoon, as it can get quite hot during the day. There’s also a small shop at the entrance where you can buy cold drinks.
The entrance fee is 30 THB for adults, and children enter for free."

"We drove up here on a weekday with a rental car. I saw some people saying it was an easy drive, in my opinion it is not. But the bigger question is if it is worth the drive....it totally is. Very peaceful environment and a lot longer than I expected. If you are up for an adventure this is a good start"
