What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Owls Hole is a unique natural swimming spot with a challenging but rewarding access. Visitors praise its secluded beauty and refreshing freshwater, though caution is advised regarding rough roads, potential bee hives, and water safety. It's an adventure for those willing to go off the beaten path.
"Super cool spot, very nice hole, a metal ladder into the hole that is secure, there's a big sign that says if you're going to be stupid, that's on you, there are no refreshment places. The dirt road getting there is a bit rough, probably best to park in the grassy area as the road turns and is no longer flat. Then it's a bit of a walk, but def worth it
Update: pretty sure I got a sinus infection from swimming in this hole, wouldn't recommend getting water up your nose when you're in here"

"Quite a hike to get to. Can't drive in with a regular vehicle. Need something with a higher ground clearance.
There is a ladder for going down into the hole so you can swim. Might have been pretty cool but there was a bee hive swarming right over top of it."
