"Lots of walls, part columns and steps UNTIL YOU WALK up the inclined path on your left. Here you'll see some more substantive structures. They're are two levels for a better view. You can see the sea from here.
The area is much larger than expected and covers the stones, walls and structures.
It's about 20 minutes from the theatre. Google maps got me here by foot. The entrance is on a small road restricted to residents . I think that applies to vehicles as pedestrians got in. You can buy your 12 Dunbar ticket here that allows access to many other sites.
I visited 5 November 2025. Review done on site."

"Located by the side of the Roman amphitheatre in Tunis is the remains of old Roman villas. Not much of the villas remain here and it is only the ruins. If you go up, you can have very good views of the sea. Overall, not very impressive but OK to visit."

"First things first: you buy one ticket which is valid for many spots!
At least 50% of them are quite wild and less managed. So do not be surprised if suddenly you find yourself in the middle of abandoned are with ways made by crowd. Maybe with the guide it is more interesting"
