"Unique site situated in Zaghouan. Very smart how it was built, overlooking rolling hills and at the foot of the mountains.
It is a place frequented by locals and ideal for picnics or some time to chill. You can also go walking here with incredible views of undulating landscape.
In terms of this being a tourist attraction, it is worth visiting however don’t go out of your way unless you are en route through the area. The temple is about 30 minutes from the Roman-Berber ancient city of Oudna, my favourite archaeological site in Tunisia thus far.
There is free parking, free entry and basic sanitary facilities. There is a cafe close by.
If relying on louage, you will have a long walk from the town centre to reach here.
Roads are in decent condition."
