"I acknowledge the great job that Ham has done around the city, but this project was a total architectural failure. Am still wondering whether he built this with a view of serving the community or seeking self grandeur. why change the name to his own? where is the community aspect to that? that aside, i find the design lacking. yes it is an improvement to what we had but poor design is for all to see and to be honest, it hurts my eyes and makes me think of what would have been. we need to hold ourselves to higher standards than this."
