"The building is very beautiful. High ceilings and an impressive interior. The project was commissioned from the Viennese architect Franz Skowron. The details of the building were worked out by Arthur Bielemann. Engineer Franz Hubisch was instructed to select the material and draw up a methodology for the work. Construction began in April 1905, led by Koritniansky, Gisenberg and Markus Kislenger - the owner of the Patria company, which produced extra bricks with grout especially for this palace. As a result of the efforts of architects and builders, a magnificent structure was erected - the Palace of Justice, which was consecrated on October 7, 1906."
