"I visited Dubai Safari Park with my family in January and it turned out to be a really good experience. The place is very well organized and spread out, so it never feels overcrowded even though there were a lot of visitors. The park is divided into different zones (African, Asian, Arabian Desert, etc.) and each one is designed thoughtfully, giving you the feel of a proper safari-style environment rather than just a typical zoo.
We took the bus and train rides inside the park which made it easy to move around, especially with kids. The African Safari tour was the highlight — seeing lions, giraffes, rhinos, zebras, and elephants up close in a semi-wild setting was something my children really enjoyed. The bird and reptile houses were also worth it, with a good variety on display.
What I liked most was that the animals seemed well taken care of and the staff was helpful in guiding us through the different areas. There were also multiple food outlets and rest areas, so it was comfortable spending several hours inside without feeling rushed.
Overall, it’s a great family outing spot in Dubai. Plan to spend at least half a day there if you want to see everything properly. It’s both entertaining and educational for kids, and a nice change from the usual city attractions. I would definitely recommend it for families or even tourists looking to experience something unique beyond malls and beaches."
