Reviews Summary
Sharjah Desert Park is widely praised as a fantastic, budget-friendly destination for families, offering a great mix of wildlife, history, and nature. Visitors appreciate the value of the single ticket covering four attractions and the air-conditioned indoor spaces, making it ideal for summer visits. Some minor drawbacks include the cash-only policy and occasional service issues at the on-site restaurant.
"Sharjah Desert Park includes four attractions: Arabia’s Wildlife Center, Natural History Museum, Islamic Botanical Garden and Children’s Farm. It is an ideal destination to visit with children during the summer, offering a wonderful experience at a reasonable ticket price.
Do note that park timings differ on Fridays and weekends, so it is best to check before visiting. Only cash is accepted at the ticket counter, so make sure to carry enough cash. Tickets must be purchased from the main gate and the same ticket is valid for all four attractions. All attractions can be covered in 3–4 hours and you can drive your car from one attraction to another. Ticket prices are AED 21 for adults, while children under 13 can enter free.
Wildlife Center is the main attraction of the park. This Zoo houses a wide variety of reptiles, fish, birds and animals such as deer, cheetahs, monkeys, camels, etc. All walkways are air-conditioned, make a comfortable and hassle-free experience. There is also a restaurant where you can enjoy views of the animals through large glass windows while dining. We didn’t try the food, due to the attitude of service staff. Apart from that, our visit was a wonderful experience and truly worth it.
Natural History Museum is really informative and can help the students for their studies. There is an open play area near the Museum, giving kids another reason to enjoy the trip. Children’s Farm is not air-conditioned, but it is a small section that can be covered in about 30 minutes.
Highly recommended as a must visit place in Sharjah."

"It is a very good option in summer, as the zoo itself is indoors with air conditioning, the kids will love this place. You can go around in your car itself to different parking spaces while you keep experiencing the below
1. The Children Farm
2. Arabia’s Wildlife Center
3. Islamic Botanical Garden
4. Natural History Museum
5. There is also a small park where kids can play for a bit after you are done exploring all areas.
And then you have breeding center where only staff are allowed, this place will be widely enjoyed and appreciated by kids but then Adults gain a lot of information from here. It holds immense knowledge and information within. Although wild animals are not too many but then it is worth a visit as it has free entry for kids under 12 and adults pay 21 AED at the gate for entrance. Payments only by Cash."

"- ENTRY TICKET - 20 Aed for adults(only cash), kids below 12 FREE 💥!!
A beautiful and peaceful place to spend time with family! Sharjah Desert Park is very well-maintained and has so much to explore — from the natural history museum to the children’s farm and the Arabian wildlife center.
Kids will love seeing animals up close, and the indoor areas are air-conditioned, which is great in hot weather. There are clean rest areas, friendly staff, and plenty of spots to sit and relax.
Highly recommend it for a weekend visit or a fun day out with kids! 🐐🌵🦅"
