Reviews Summary

Visitors rave about the Silver Sands of Morar, often calling them the most beautiful beaches in Scotland, with pristine white sand and clear waters that rival tropical destinations. The stunning sunset views and dog-friendly nature are major draws. However, be prepared for limited parking, potential midges, and the need to be very aware of rapidly changing tides.

"Beautiful location, parking is busy, especially on sunny days. Arrive early, went twice and experience tide in and tide out scenarios. Second time had whole beach to ourselves with dogs. Dogs loved it."

Ian McQueen

"Fantastic location. Used as a camping spot with no major issues.

We had a great time here and were able to go for a swim / paddle board morning noon and evening in the summer.

At the back of this was the silver beaches which were incredible. Beaches like you’ve never seen in Scotland.

Wardens sometimes come around and advise about fires etc however no problems should you so this safely.

All in all fantastic location."

Dean Chalmers

"Just a stunning beach location.
Limited parking and no facilities.
Should definitely visit again … try to avoid weekends as it very very busy."
