Spent the afternoon at Bearsted Woodland Trust 🌳 yesterday and took a picnic. One of my favourite places because there's lots of different areas to explore 👣, animals to see 🐐 and it's never really been busy when we've been. Plus, the blossom looks cool 🌸 and there is a little park there too 🛝

It's a beloved spot for dog walkers and those seeking a quiet escape. Some older wood carvings have deteriorated, but the overall experience remains highly positive.

"Such a nice quiet woods with carvings trails and walk up to local church which i think is quite old. The woods got funded by local organisations and company's. Many of the trees and plants are dedicated to people that have passed. Nice touch. There is a gym trail with wooden equipment."

Chris Wright

"A great place to have a walk especially with kids or dogs. Area for dogs to be off lead & places where they need to be on. Kids play area. There is paid parking at a small car park nearby or you can park on The Ashford Road for free & walk along several paths in to the park. There used to be several carved wood sculptures but some have now rotted away but it still has a few features."

The G Force

"I love going here, a place to escape. Take the kids and enjoy the park and fields or go alone and enjoy the peace!"
