"This beach is beautiful. Absolutely amazing views - a proper little bit of heaven on earth. It’s dog friendly (though my little chap refuses to walk on shingle!) and even though it’s currently mid-October, it was surprisingly warm. Lots of reviews on here leaving comments about the car park or the roads - nothing to do with the beach which is truly 5-star. Would strongly recommend a visit."

"Lovely beach with lots of parking and good cafe. Quite steep pebbles and when we visited in August the easterly wind meant the sea was too dangerous for anyone who isn't a strong swimmer - strong waves breaking steeply on the shore. So be aware that it's not always the best place for smaller kids"

(only just room for one car!) A pub to visit, when you're almost down at the front and A large anchor lay in memory of the shipwreck that happened here."
