It's a great walk from along the seafront from the town either go up the hill or or up to steps. I recommend up hill past the hotels the garden is in the left side. We always go clockwise and then down the steps and back to the town alone the beach walk.
The garden is really well done with lots of history great plants and stunning views. Also a great restaurant as a bonus. Highly recommend"
