There was not even another funeral going on and even if there had been the elderly at least should be allowed to wait in the lobby. Many mourners are senior citizens and/or travel a long way, sometimes on public transport or on foot. I have never been to a crematorium without facilities to wait inside and use a loo at least for the 15 minutes leading up to a funeral."
