So much local history in both the house itself and its many owners. Although still privately owned it was as interesting and historical as any National Trust properties. Well worth a visit."

"Went for the first time today and never again! The rudest lady on the ticket shed/hut! After a few minutes decided to just go! When people havenโt been before and donโt know how things run maybe just be polite and guide them! Donโt speak and look at them like they are something you have scrapped off the bottom of your shoe! Shame as the place looked beautiful"
