"Cley windmill was the stunning venue we chose for our wedding on 17th September 2025. We always wanted a small intimate wedding and found this venue which was perfect. We had a gathering the day before for everyone to get acquainted and the team at windmill delivered a perfect get together with stunning BBQ style buffet - the ribs were to die for!..
The day itself was flawless, the staff attentive but not overbearing, creating a relaxed celebration of our day. Nothing was to much trouble throughout the 2 days. All our guests fell in love with the venue as we had. With the service taking place in the main tower and drinks in the cosy lounge area. For the main reception we opted for the marque which is in the garden which was dressed with our chosen colours and again was stunning and just as we had imagined. We had chosen a menu with Wendy the highly skilled resident chef, and she really delivered stunning food, amazing flavours and generous portions. we had a couple of people with dietary requirements and this was no problem for Wendy with suitable replacement dishes being provided, There were clean plates all round, together with the loosening of a few waistbands! a really big thank you for Wendy and her team together with the waiting staff who worked so hard.
In summery if anyone is looking for a quant, charming, characterful venue for a small intimate wedding, you really cant go wrong with Cley Windmill. The venue stunning, the delivery flawless. We wouldn't have changed anything, we really did have the perfect wedding day!

"We have just had our wedding at Cley Windmill and honestly from the very first contact, everything has been absolutely amazing! The staff are friendly, flexible and the service was faultless. The food was so good, everyone commented on how great it was and we left very full! The rooms and location are simply stunning. We had the most incredible day and want to share how awesome this place is. 5 stars is not enough to describe how good our experience was. We will definitely be back and thank you again for making our stay just perfect!"
