"DO NOT BOOK
Very poor company, I called to re-schedule as my motorhome build wasn’t complete. Lovely lady took my call and said we could change to use a tent or re-schedule. Great, so I reviewed and unfortunately the tent wasn’t fit for use. So emailed that evening to re-schedule.
Not only was I asking to change to a cheaper time of year I was also willing to still pay the 3 days money for a 2 day stay in September. I cannot see the problem with this bearing in mind the site is full this plot could definitely have been re sold. After much back and forth they stuck by their dreaded Ts & Cs.
Certainly not a mentality I can understand. Often things come up in life out of our control and a lack of flexibility I cannot appreciate.
I will ensure that I NEVER stay at Kelling Heath, such a shame as tarnishes some great childhood memories."
