What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitor feedback is mixed, with many praising the helpfulness of staff and the availability of useful information like maps and kids' trails. However, some reviews mention inconsistent service and less-than-ideal restroom facilities.
"Left this office disappointed in the service provided. As a tourist hub, you’d expect staff to be approachable and helpful to all. The lady behind the desk was abrupt and condescending. A local man came in after me, and her attitude changed dramatically. She left me at the desk, without a word, to help him, even though she was in the midst of a task with me. I left. Fortunately, I got the tourist information I needed from a kind man who ran a tech/cell phone shop up the street. Ironically, he was a foreigner. Shout out to 1MB Tech."
