"Highly recommend coming here! What a great interactive experience. Follow the history of Chester and the Romans, with talks, video, and actual Roman archaeological ruins.
Kids will absolutely love it, although rowing to get to the Fort at the start will hurt your shoulders π€£
Watch for the Kraken....
If you book this and Sick to Death (also highly recommended), together it works out a lot cheaper."

"Wow! We had the most amazing time for my Roman-Total-Wars-obsessed dadβs 54th birthday! Honestly such a memorable experience and the staff (particularly Francesca and Joe!) were absolutely fantastic! The experience was so informative, had hilarious live actors, and really REALLY made us laugh! Best memory is my dad putting on full Roman armour and fighting a gladiator (he absolutely bollocked Gladiator Atlas 1-v1!). I would definitely recommend the Deva Roman Experience. It was also a lovely touch that this was specific to the history of Chester, which my father is now officially part of! Great for families and I honestly cannot praise the incredible staff enough! Great value for money! Wish I could rate this even higher!!"

"It was an absolute fantastic experience, came with three of my autistic children, two of them adults. It was brilliant, the lady who did the tour was amazing. My little girl who is 7, really enjoyed the tour, and enjoyed the games which she could play before and after the experience."
